Bar Municipality organized a humanitarian international basketball tournament "U16 Bar Basketball Cup" for cadets under 17. The tournament had a humanitarian character and all the money collected was directed to the construction of a day care center for children with special needs in Bar Municipality. Participants were Real Madrid Baloncesto, Cadet National Team of Israel, Alba Berlin, Fenerbahce, Cadet National Team of Montenegro, Mornar, Buducnost-VOLI and Team Niksic.
